How long will my order take to arrive?
Order processing takes between [2] and [4] business days. Once delivered to the logistics company, SEXTA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, losses, or incidents caused by third parties. We will always provide you with a tracking number to track your garment.
Can I exchange for a different size or request a refund?
Due to the exclusivity and limited stock of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept size exchanges or returns for regret. We only process refunds or exchanges in case of proven factory defects within the first 48 hours after receipt.
How do I wash my garment so I don't damage the design?
To protect textile paint and DTF, always wash the garment inside out and with cold water. The use of a dryer is strictly prohibited. Do not iron directly on the stamped or painted areas.
My garment arrived with a defect, what do I do?
Write to us immediately on our Instagram: @sexta.studios or our email: sextastudios6@gmail.com attaching photos of the defect and your order number. For your safety and ours, all support is managed exclusively by email, not by social media or personal phone.
Is my contact information secure?
Absolutely. Your personal data is only used for processing and shipping your purchases. We do not share your information with anyone outside of the delivery process.
